What should I do after my pc was beaten by the virus?

Thanks to a USB drive and the disabled in the registry property, so I managed to delete it (I think) the register (using the command prompt to enter), but I can not fix damage. If it was not enough today Iv got another, but fortunately without reaching the C: drive. It seems to have done nothing but m nervous. I have a firewall completely updated and Symantec Anti Virus PC seems slow, but I'm sure. What is my best option? Iv never installed Windows before (someone did for me)
