iTunes problem! Help!?

When I go into iTunes, it says that the log files for importing and burning are missing, how do I fix that? I try reinstalling, uninstalling and installing again, but nothing works. Because I'm on Windows 7? I never had this problem before and I need help. plz help me. THX So I tryied to do something for refgsrty files, but can not find the UpperFilter and LowerFilter oh and I won 7 64-bit
